Refund Policy

 

  • If you cancel, in writing or by email, more than 3 weeks before the course is due to begin, you will be given a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 1 and 3 weeks before the course begins, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Refunds are not normally given if you cancel 7 days or less before the course begins - though of course Penny will use discretion if the cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances.
  • In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled, you will be given a full refund.
